Parental Satisfaction with Educational Services at SD Labschool Cibubur

Abstract

Customer satisfaction in educational services in schools is a hope for schools and parents. Customer satisfaction will foster trust for customers as well as will be a challenge for schools to maintain and improve school quality. This research was conducted to find out the satisfaction of parents as the main customers of SD Labschool Cibubur who have graduated students for the first time in those who have been accepted since the beginning of the first grade. The research uses descriptive methods using angket by google form, observations and document studies. Thirty percent of the respondents were parents and teachers who conducted the study for three months. Research shows that parents are satisfied with students can be admitted to excellent schools and the educational services at SD Labschool Cibubur. Parents' satisfaction is because schools try to create programs that can develop students' abilities and potentials by preparing quality educators and improving adequate facilities and infrastructure services as well as communication.
